Summer Camps:

1. Camp Fees are non-refundable, but where a cancellation is received in writing at least three weeks prior to the start of the camp week, make ups for the camp will be granted for the same camp or a future program.  

2. Lavner Camps & Programs reserves the right to suspend or dismiss any camper for any misconduct including but not limited to actions that we define as either: inappropriate, unsafe, disruptive,  and/or against the rules stated by LCP staff at camp.  LCP is committed to maintaining a high level of safety, supervision, and a "bully-free" atmosphere for kids to learn, have fun, and make friends.    

Lessons:

1. Tennis Lessons must be cancelled outside of 24 hours from the start of the lesson, otherwise a the fee of the lesson will be billed to the student.
