 Justin Lavner   As a player, Justin competed in junior and professional level tournaments in the U.S and Internationally. In college, Justin played as high as #2 singles and #1 doubles for the University of Pennsylvania, which as a team reached a national ranking of #61 in NCAA division I tennis. Justin also competed for Team Middle States in Church Cup competition, and played #1 singles at the prestigious Penn/Princeton v. Oxford/Cambridge tennis event. As a coach, Justin has trained five players with either ATP or WTA world rankings in just the last four years. Justin also served repeatedly as a hitting partner for Lisa Raymond (who holds career highs of #15 WTA singles and #1 WTA doubles) and coached a top ten ranked International junior player at the 2006 junior U.S. Open.  On the junior circuit, Justin routinely trains many top ranked players in the Philadelphia District, Middle States, and Nationally.  
 

 Michael Lavner   As a player, Michael was recruited to play for the Brandeis University Men's Tennis Team.  During his high school career at Germantown Academy, Michael won the prestigious Bill Tilden award, the Riter Cup for being the best underclassman on the Varsity team as an 8th grader, and the Morrison Bowl, which is awarded to the Most Outstanding player.  As a coach, Michael continues to train LTA's top national, Middle States, and district ranked players, as well as kids new to the game.  In addition, Michael is also a fitness guru who helps to implement the strength and conditioning program.

 Daniella Depaoli ~  Daniella, a former LTA student, currently plays tennis for the University of Pennsylvania at #4 singles. She played #1 singles for Wissahickon High School all four years and finished 5th in the state singles tournament in 2007. At Wissahickon High School she was Valedictorian and a National Honors Society member. Daniella is energetic and enthusiastic about developing LTA campers into better tennis players. She is a great role model for our young players.

 Ariel Several ~  Ariel, also a previous LTA player, is a former top 10 ranked Middle States player holding strong national rankings.  Ariel participated in five zonal teams and the 2008 !8's Fed Cup Team.  Ariel played satellite, women's, and international junior tournaments in Switzerland, Germany, and Holland.  She was a recipient of the Sportmanship Award at the 18's Sectional Championship in Pittsburgh in January 2008, and held a #1 Philadelphia District ranking in the 12's, 14's, 16's, and 18's.  Ariel is currently NCAA ranked and plays for nationally ranked Johns Hopkins University.  Ariel brings to the Lavner Tennis Academy her positive attitude, strong work ethic, and commitment as a student athlete.
