Meet Our Chefs!

Chef Gavin Pennock ~ Chef Gavin is currently as sous chef at Riverstone.  Prior to Riverstone, Gavin worked under the tutelege of George Perrier and Nicholas Elmi at Le Bec Fin, one of the nation's top ten french restaurants.  Gavin studied and finished at the top of his class atThe French Culinary Institute, located in Manhattan.  Gavin is passionate about sharing his culinary expertise with LTA campers, and we are very happy to have him on the LTA team.

Chef Marilyn Benedict ~
Chef Marilyn currently owns and operates a successful catering business in the Philadelphia area.  For many years Marilyn catered for the Philadelphia Phillies.  Marilyn also has over twenty years of experience as a high school home economics teacher.  Her experience as a great chef and communicating these skills to students makes her a perfect fit for Culinary Camp.  Marilyn is very excited to meet the new culinary campers for 2010!
